"SOLO Hiki no Yoru ~2nd night~" Song Commentary

Yah³ [やあ³] - Members of Pink Piggies have been temporarily replaced with Hiroko Kasahara, a voice actress known from "R" at the center, with first generation Pink Piggies Yoshi Hara (Pollon theme songs) and Hazuki Monma (wife of actor Ikkei Watanabe) on her sides as they go for P.P.R Heroine. Let's bring the world of "R" with piggybacks after this.

Bouken Langerhans-tou full [冒険ランゲルハンス島full] - The initial plan was to have Blue Piggies for the chorus, but since we didn't have recording plans for the Rekishi Series, we didn't have good reasons to invite BP, and Hitori Crazy participated for the first time in years. It came to my conclusion that this was more age-appropriate for blood glucose level relationships.

Zettai Zetsumei Bellabeaux Man no Uta [絶体絶命ベラボーマンの歌] - If you think your work isn't good, say no! Just say it, I tell you, say it! Get calm. President of Bella Beaux entertainment: "I'd like to play this song over the speakers in the town of Nobitome, Ginza endlessly."

Ah Toyohashi Eki [ああ豊橋駅] - The other day, I visited my grandfather's rental house in the banks of Toyogawa river with my aunt Chizuko, who presented me viridian paints during my childhood. The house with its wall is now gone, but the squared stone steps gently leading to the riverbank remained. The third stone from the bottom got broken into sevenths, and when I stepped on it, it wobbled a bit. It was the same as it was sixty years ago.

Ore no Nagoya-jou! [オレの名古屋城!] - An ultra-brand power got overpowered in front of the Nagoya station recently. I wanted to include this in this song, but was extremely consented with licensing issues and came up with a plausible brand name. The shore, known to have the world's finest sand, is actually an inlet, but the courteous Nagoya daughter of the author mistakenly respected the memory through her sweetness; "Let's go to Narumi for a swim!", I thought.

MANHATTAN MIDTOWN LOVE Itoshi no Diner [MANHATTAN MIDTOWN LOVE 愛しのダイナー] - One of my favorite things in New York is to order stuffed mushrooms (shiitake mushroom stuffed with minced meat) at the first restaurant I go to. They say you can tell everything about a restaurant by its taste, but I didn't cook STUFFED MUSHROOMS for this song.

Fuyu Hanabi ~ Sumidagawa [冬花火ー隅田川] - I discovered some beer's company lounge, where they pour tap (water) and serve pizza and onion rings. When you look out the big window thinking it could be the Asakusa skyline, the Tokyo Skytree is at the far back! Someone, holding from a river, stands on small ground then overlooks up to the universe. I'd wanted to sing and be indulged by it; it's such a pleasant feeling.

Natsu ni Kazararete [夏に飾られて] - It was a hot day. I was at my parents' house in Aichi for a long period of time, so I made a trip to a funeral home in Chiba Prefecture. There's the gentle sake, the withered flowers, unwandered time and the person's coffin. When my best friend's wife passed away, I stared up at the sky and thought, “My star has fallen".

Nakeru hodo no Shiawase [泣けるほどの幸せ] - I want to exert every ounce of energy I have in me. I want to use up every cell I have. Let a glass of sake of today and the sea of tomorrow be the end of it.

Omokagebashi de Aimashou [面影橋で逢いましょう] - This original karaoke was recorded and produced at the author's home studio using the Sound Canvas synthesizer and hand played by the author alone. Therefore, it is part of  SOLO Hiki. If you would like to see the author sing the karaoke wearing a white blazer and with choreography, please come to Omokagebashi at the end of the year.

Ano HOSI no tamoto de [アノ星HOSIノ袂tamotoで] - Whenever there is a reason, people go back if that reason clearly dries up. Once you come back, this place is just like that day: seeing me with white hair and with deep eyes as I strum my guitar with love and relief!
